Police name `much loved father´ who died after street incident as two charged

Police have named the man who died after being found injured on the street in the Highlands as 42-year-old Arturs Juskins.
His family described him as a “much-loved son, father and partner”.
Two men, aged 21 and 38, were previously arrested and charged over his death.
Police were called to the scene on Balloan Road in Inverness at around 8.25am on Friday.
Mr Juskins was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
One of the men arrested was taken to hospital while another made his own way there. Both suffered minor injuries and were discharged.
The 21-year-old appeared before Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday while the 38-year-old appeared on Tuesday.
In a statement, Mr Juskins’s family said: “Arturs was a much-loved son, father and partner who will be greatly missed.”
